Hearing Is Set for Channel 2

The Federal Communications Commission announced in Washington, D.C. that hearings will start April 6 on applications for Spokane television Channel 2, press dispatches from Washington, D.C., said today.
Applicants for channel 2 are Louis Wasmer, owner and operator of radio station KREM, and Television Spokane, Inc., headed by Burl Hagadone, operator of KNEW.
Spokane has been allotted three commercial TV stations. No. 6 went to KHQ, and No. 4 to KXLY.
